Our courier service:
All orders are dispatched by contract courier companies with a two-day turnaround time. We use the best available couriers but cannot guarantee short delivery times. Delivery delays may be experienced due to high volume of customer pre-orders, especially at peak times such as beginning of month, Christmas, after public holidays or due to unforeseen courier demands. Some temperature sensitive items will not be dispatched on Fridays, when delivery is not expected until the following week.
Please note that deliveries to some remote areas may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery may occur between 8:00am – 6:00pm, your local time (except during peak periods where couriers may deliver outside these hours). All couriers require a signature at the time of delivery (unless instructed otherwise). If no-one will be available to accept delivery all day, please nominate a nearby address (e.g. neighbour or nearby business) where the delivery can be accepted and signed for by someone you have authorised to do so on your behalf.
When placing your order you may, entirely at your risk, request the courier to leave your delivery in a nominated place without a signature.
PLEASE NOTE: Devilicious Dietary Deliverance is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft resulting from goods being left unattended at or near premises. In all cases you agree to pay for goods that the courier states (in writing) have been delivered to the address that you have nominated.
Pick up orders:
At this stage we do not provide a ‘Pick Up Service’
Orders cannot be placed and collated whilst you wait. Please allow 24 hours from the time of order placement for your goods to be collated and invoiced prior to collection, and please also advise the Customer Service member of your intended date for delivery. We will endeavor to meet this as a priority. Payment must be arranged at the time of order and finalised prior to pick-up to ensure efficient processing. Eftpos and cash payment are available along with PayPal Zip pay and Aferpay for your convenience.
A ‘remote location’ freight surcharge may apply to some customers in remote areas. Our customer service staff will advise if this surcharge applies.
Additional freight charge may apply to bulk orders.
For any orders under $100 you will be required to pay the full cost of freight based on destination.
